• Use of any hypnosis audios or materials is at your own risk—never listen while driving or operating machinery.
   

• Sessions are not a substitute for counseling or therapy.

• All client information and session notes are held strictly confidential, except where required by law .
   
• Confidentiality disclaimers are in place to protect client privacy within legal boundaries.
   

• Materials (audio, PDFs, videos) are meant for personal use only.
   
• Sharing, commercial use, or redistribution without written permission is prohibited and may infringe copyright.
   

• Cancellations under 24 hours require advance notice. Missed or no-show sessions may be subject to forfeiture or a fee.
   

• The provider is not liable for outcomes from using services or materials, including emotional distress or other impacts arising from participation.
   
• Use of hypnosis or coaching services signifies voluntary participation and acceptance of these limitations of liability.
