Most people don’t overeat because they’re hungry. They overeat because something underneath is driving the behaviour.

You know when to stop — but you don’t. You plan to eat less — but it doesn’t last. You start strong — then portions creep back up.

This workshop is about understanding why that happens — and changing it properly.

   

This is not another diet.

You won’t be given: - meal plans - calorie targets - food rules - or willpower strategies

Because portion control doesn’t fail due to lack of information. It fails because fullness cues, habits, stress responses, and identity patterns are misaligned.

This workshop focuses on what’s actually running the show.

   

What You’ll Learn

During this 2–2.5 hour live workshop, you’ll learn:

· Why portion control becomes difficult even when motivation is high

· Why “just eat less” backfires long-term

· How stress and emotional regulation override fullness cues

· The difference between physical hunger and conditioned eating

· Why control improves when the nervous system calms

This is mindset coaching grounded in psychology — not food morality or discipline talk.

You’ll also experience two guided hypnosis sessions designed to:

· Reduce food noise and urgency

· Restore natural fullness signals

· Shift how your body responds to portions

· Create a felt sense of ease around eating
