This 4‑week program focuses on the mind behind the eating. Through mindset coaching and guided hypnosis, you'll begin changing the internal patterns that drive overeating, emotional eating, and food noise.

How The 4 Week Program Works

Each week focuses on a different psychological layer of eating behaviour. Every session includes practical mindset coaching and a guided hypnosis process designed to create real internal change.


Week 1 – Breaking The Diet Cycle

We unpack why diets repeatedly fail and how the diet industry often reinforces the patterns people are trying to escape. A hypnosis process begins calming food noise and resetting your relationship with eating.


Week 2 – Rewiring Your Relationship With Food

We remove guilt and mental conflict around food. This session helps shift the automatic patterns that drive overeating.


Week 3 – Emotional Eating & Triggers

You'll identify the emotional triggers behind eating habits and learn how to respond differently so food stops being the automatic coping mechanism.


Week 4 – Making Change Feel Natural

The final week strengthens the new mindset patterns and reinforces lasting behavioural change through hypnosis.

Seán is an award-winning hypnotherapist with over 15 years’ experience helping people change patterns around food, weight, confidence, and identity.

His work focuses on why change feels hard even when motivation is high, and how lasting results come from working with the subconscious patterns that drive behaviour — not fighting against them.
