 The  groups hypnosis i joint had really come at an important time for me. I  had no mindset whatsoever to release any weight but was becoming  increasingly unhappy with mu body tk the point where I was in a clothes  shop and seen nyself in the mirror and I didn't recognise that it was  me.  

I have done some of Sean's hypnosis before which has been life  changing...confidence being on in a certain area of my life to the point  where I wasn't doing anything in that area of my life due to not  feeling good enough till now where I'm actually really busy and enjoying  that area so I knew joining Seans group would also help massively like  Sean's other hypnosis.  In a very short space of time my mind set towards food changed. 

Crisps  were my down fall. Any time I stressed i run for crisps now I'm not  drawn to crisps at all. I don't enjoy them like I used to. I released  7lbs in such a small space of time (2 weeks) which a lot of people. commented  about as they also noticed the changes. I feel good inside and outside  and actually started to wear new clothes with confidence.  

I have learnt  why I used to hide behind food and my mindset has completely switched  from being in a rut to making much more healthier choices. Even whe  I  have had a treat I don't let that one treat destroy the whole journey!   

Whereas before that would have been me binging away going back to square  one.  sean is very supportive. The hypnosis isn't long but very effective!  Sean is completely challenging everyone by the biggest loser  so that brings in a lot of fun and challenge.  I really am so glad I invested in this programme and myself as its  really been such an eye opener to my relationship with food and given me  ways to make it better with very little effort.
